The full project title of OpenNess is Operationalization of Natural Capital and Ecosystem Services: From Concepts to Real-World Applications. This 54-month project started on December 1, 2012, and will finish on May 31, 2017.

The total cost of the project is 11,489,110 Euros, of which the European Union will contribute 8,999,193 Euros.

This FP7 Collaborative project involves 35 partners and will be coordinated by SUOMEN YMPARISTOKESKUS (Finnish Environment Institute - SYKE).
